Mobile World Congress is the world's largest mobile technology event, held annually at Fira de Barcelona and attracting over 90,000 attendees from 200+ countries. SUNDISA is responsible for the full physical design production — from Congress-wide wayfinding to individual exhibitor environments. As Lead Graphic Designer, I was embedded in the core team for MWC 2025 and 2026.
My work covered the complete visual system applied across the physical event: wayfinding and signage strategy across multiple halls, large-format print assets, venue brandng, supplier briefing documents, and real-time design production during installation. I also coordinated between internal teams and external print vendors to maintain system consistency at scale.
Successfully delivered two consecutive editions of MWC — a high-pressure, high-visibility project with strict deadlines and zero margin for error. The systems designed contributed to a measurable improvement in visitor flow efficiency and positive feedback from event logistics teams. Recognised internally as a benchmark deliverable for the studio.
